When you register for a paid challenge we collect your first name, email address, WhatsApp number, and the answers you give in the registration form. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
We use your details to add you to the private WhatsApp group, deliver the challenge, send you related updates and support, and to understand what mothers need so we can improve our programmes. We do not sell your data.
Only with the service providers we need to run the challenge — our payment processor (Razorpay), our hosting and database provider, and our email/messaging tools. They process your data on our behalf.
We keep your registration details for as long as needed to deliver the programme and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
You can leave the WhatsApp group at any time, unsubscribe from emails, and request access, correction or deletion of your information by writing to us.
Payments are handled by Razorpay with bank-level (256-bit) encryption. Our systems are access-controlled, though no online service can promise absolute security.
